We
have a wide variety of inspections available. Our complete inspections includes over
500 Inspection Points, delivered in a 50+ page Certified Inspection Report,
complete with digital photo documentation in a three-ring binder. This
is the ideal home inspection for the buyer who will actually be living in
the home being purchased. |

We
provide Inspections covering all the aspects of Roofing,
Electrical, Plumbing and Heating. Photos, and
areas such as grading, structure, garage, appliances,
etc. are not included in this report. Insurance
companies often refer to this as a Four Point
Inspection. It is
an economical alternative for specific clients, such as:
Homeowners, who
sometimes want a simple Maintenance Inspection.
Investors, who
frequently intend to renovate a large part of the
structure.
Sellers, who
often want their home checked out before listing, so
they don’t get blindsided by unexpected concerns when
a buyer orders an inspection.

Ideally,
you will be able to attend at least the last half of the
home inspection, and we can go over the report in person.
If not, we still have other options: |

U.S. Postal Delivery of the same
report;
Fax Delivery to you and
anyone else you wish a copy sent to. |

If you have drywood termites then you may need a whole house fumigation/tent fumigation or if isolated to one area of your home, a spot treatment. Once of our trained professional termite inspectors can determine what is best for you home.
Subterranean Termites live in the ground and treatments for them include placing of chemicals or chemical barriers into the soil.
Fungus and dryrot is usually caused by an excessive moisture condition such as a plumbing leak or leaking roof. Treatments include replacing damage or infected wood and controlling the moisture condition that caused the problem.
